Bahan Membuat Keripik Tempe :
- 1 papan (150 gr) Tempe
- 1 bks Sajiku® Tepung Bumbu 80 gr
- 700 ml Minyak Goreng
- 500 ml Air es
Langkah Membuat Keripik Tempe :
Iris tipis-tipis tempe.
Celupkan irisan tempe kedalam air es.
Masukkan irisan tempe ke dalam 1 bungkus Sajiku® Tepung Bumbu 80 g, gulingkan hingga rata.
Panaskan minyak goreng, masukkan tempe, goreng hingga matang (±15 menit) dan berwarna kuning keemasan. Angkat dan sajikan.
TIPS :Masukkan dalam toples setelah keripik tempe dingin.Untuk variant rasa pedas dapat menggunakan Sajiku® tepung bumbu serbaguna pedas.
