Bahan Membuat Keripik Usus :
300 gram usus ayam yang sudah dibersihkan
2 bungkus Kobe Tepung Kentucky SuperCrispy (70gr)
150 ml air
Langkah Membuat Keripik Usus :
Siapkan usus yang sudah dibersihkan.
Campurkan air dengan 1 bungkus Kobe Tepung Kentucky SuperCrispy. Ukuran perbandingan 4:1.
Siapkan 1 bungkus Kobe Tepung Kentucky SuperCrispy di mangkok.
Masukkan usus dalam tepung basah kemudian tepung kering.
Goreng hingga kuning kecoklatan.
Keripik Usus siap disajikan.
