Waktu Memasak : 35 menit
Bahan Membuat Kerupuk Cireng Nasi :
200 gram nasi putih
100 ml air
1 bungkus Kobe Tepung Bumbu Putih (75gr)
10 gram daun bawang (iris halus)
500 ml minyak goreng
Langkah Membuat Kerupuk Cireng Nasi :
Rendamlah nasi putih dengan air. Diamkan kurang lebih 15 menit.
Setelah nasi mengembang, remas-remas sambil tambahkan 1 bungkus Kobe Tepung Bumbu Putih dan daun bawang. Uleni hingga tercampur rata.
Panaskan kukusan. Kukus adonan cireng hingga matang. Angkat.
Ambil 1 sendok makan adonan, pipihkan setipis mungkin. Lakukan sampai adonan habis.
Jemur di bawah sinar matahari hingga kering.
Goreng dalam minyak panas hingga matang.
Kerupuk Cireng Nasi siap disajikan.
