Bahan Membuat Kolak Pisang Ubi Ungu :
400 ml susu rendah lemak
400 ml santan encer
¼ sdt garam
3 lembar daun pandan, ikat simpul
100 g gula aren, sisir
3 buah pisang tanduk, kupas, potong 3 cm
2 buah ubi ungu, kupas, potong kotak 3 cm
1 sdm
200 g kolang kaling, cuci bersih
Langkah Membuat Kolak Pisang Ubi Ungu :
Masak santan bersama susu, daun pandan, dan garam di atas api sedang. Masak sambil diaduk hingga mendidih. Kecilkan api.
Masukkan ubi, masak hingga setengah matang sambil teruskan sesekali mengaduk supaya santan tidak pecah.
Tambahkan Bango Kecap Manis, pisang dan kolang kaling, masak sambil diaduk hingga pisang empuk. Angkat. Sajikan.
