Bahan Membuat Kroket Udang Keju :
- 500 g Kentang
- 100 g Udang kupas rebus
- 2 btg Seledri
- 1 btg Wortel
- 100 g Keju parut
- 3 btr Telur (2 btr untuk pelapis)
- 1 bks Sajiku® Tepung Bumbu (85 g)
- 1 L Minyak
Pelengkap:
Saus tomat/Saus sambal
Langkah Membuat Kroket Udang Keju :
Cincang seledri. Potong dadu wortel. Potong-potong kentang. Goreng kentang hingga matang, angkat, dan tiriskan.
Haluskan kentang goreng, dinginkan. Campur udang rebus, seledri, wortel, keju parut, dan telur, aduk rata.
Bentuk adonan menjadi lonjong, sisihkan. Kocok telur dan siapkan Sajiku® Tepung Bumbu.
Balut adonan dengan telur dan Sajiku® Tepung Bumbu, langsung goreng hingga kuning keemasan, angkat, tiriskan, dan sajikan.
