Bahan Membuat Rendang Daun Singkong :
3 ikat daun singkong, siangi, rebus 1/2 matang
600 ml santan, dari 1 1/2 butir kelapa
1 batang serai, memarkan
1 lembar daun kunyit, sobek-sobek
5 lembar daun jeruk, buang tulang
2 buah asam kandis
1.5 sdt garam
½ sdt gula pasir
2 sdm
2 cm kunyit, bakar
10 butir bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih
4 buah cabai merah
8 buah cabai merah keriting
2 cm jahe
2 cm lengkuas
Langkah Membuat Rendang Daun Singkong :
Rebus santan encer bersama bumbu halus, serai, daun kunyit, asam kandis, garam, gula pasir, dan Bango Kecap Manis sambil diaduk sampai mendidih dan harum.
Tambahkan daun singkong. Kecilkan api. Masak sampai mengering sambil sesekali diaduk sampai mengering.
Setelah matang, tambahkan daun jeruk. Aduk rata. Angkat dan sajikan selagi hangat.
