Bahan Membuat Sambal Udang :
- 200 gr Udang
- 25 gr Petai
- 2 bh Cabai Merah Besar
- 3 siung Bawang Merah
- 2 siung Bawang Putih
- 1 lbr Daun Salam
- 1 ruas Laos
- ½ sdt Garam
- 1 sdt AJI-NO-MOTO®
- 5 sdm Minyak Goreng
- 30 ml Air
Langkah Membuat Sambal Udang :
Buat bumbu halus: masukkan cabai merah besar, bawang putih, bawang merah, air, haluskan.
Panaskan minyak goreng, masukkan bumbu halus, daun salam, laos, petai, udang, masak hingga berubah warna.
Masukkan garam, AJI-NO-MOTO®, aduk rata, masak hingga matang.
