Bahan Membuat Sayur Asam Kacang :
2.000 ml air
5 butir bawang merah iris
2 lembar daun salam
2 cm lengkuas memarkan
150 gram kacang merah segar
2 sendok teh garam
5 sendok makan Kecap Manis Bango
11/2 sendok makan asam jawa
150 gram labu siam, potong kotak
100 gram buncis, potong 3 cm
150 gram keputren, potong serong
1 buah tomat, potong-potong
Langkah Membuat Sayur Asam Kacang :
Didihkan bawang merah, daun salam, dan lengkuas sampai harum.
Masukkan kacang merah, garam, Kecap Manis Bango, dan asam jawa. Masak sampai kacang empuk.
Tambahkan labu siam, buncis, keputren, dan tomat. Masak hingga matang.
