Bahan Membuat Lontong Sayur :
5 buah lontong, iris
1 buah batang serai, memarkan
2 cm lengkuas, memarkan
10 buah kacang panjang, potong dan rebus
2 sdm
2 lembar daun salam
300 g udang ukuran kecil, kupas kulit
½ L susu rendah lemak
½ nangka muda, potong dan rebus
1 buah labu siam, potong korek api
3 sdm minyak sayur
8 butir bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih
7 buah cabai merah besar
½ sdt merica putih bubuk
1 sdt
Langkah Membuat Lontong Sayur :
Panaskan minyak di atas api sedang dan tumis bumbu halus.Tambahkan lengkuas, serai, daun salam, lalu tumis hingga harum.
Masukkan udang, nangka muda, dan labu, lalu masak sampai empuk.
Masukkan kacang panjang, aduk rata. Tuangkan santan, aduk hingga mendidih.
Tambahkan Bango Kecap Manis dan garam. Masak hingga matang dan angkat. Sajikan.
