Sayur Ceplok Telur Puyuh

Bahan Membuat Sayur Ceplok Telur Puyuh :
- 7 bh kacang panjang, potong 3 cm
- 12 btr telur puyuh
- 10 bh mata petai, belah 2 bagian
- 2 bh wortel, potong ukuran korek api
- 5 siung bawang merah, iris tipis
- 2 siung bawang putih, iris tipis
- 2 bh cabai hijau besar, potong serong
- 2 cm lengkuas, memarkan
- 1 sdm ebi, rendam dalam air panas, haluskan
- 1/2 sdt gula
- Garam secukupnya
- Merica secukupnya
- 500 ml air
- 400 ml santan kental dari 1 btr kelapa parut
- 3 sdm minyak goreng
- 1 bks Masako® Rasa Ayam 11 gr
Langkah Membuat Sayur Ceplok Telur Puyuh :
Tumis bawang merah, bawang putih, dan lengkuas. Tuangkan 500 ml air. Didihkan.
Masukkan kacang panjang dan wortel, masak hingga setengah empuk. Tuangkan santan, semua sisa bahan, dan Masako® Rasa Ayam, kecuali Telur puyuh. Kecilkan api.
Ceplokkan setiap telur puyuh ke dalam sayur. Masak hingga matang.
