Bahan Membuat Sayur Labu Siam Kuah Santan :
500 g (2 buah) labu siam, kupas, potong korek api
1 sdm garam
300 g daging sapi bagian sengkel
1300 ml air
90 ml santan instan
1 batang serai, memarkan
4 lembar daun jeruk
1
8 buah cabai merah utuh
1 sdm
Langkah Membuat Sayur Labu Siam Kuah Santan :
Remas-remas labu siam dengan 1/2 sdm garam hingga layu. Cuci bersih. Sisihkan.
Panaskan minyak, tumis serai, daun jeruk, daun salam, dan Bango Bumbu Kuliner Nusantara Opor Ayam Khas Cepu hingga harum.
Tuang air, masukkan daging sengkel. Masak hingga mendidih. Tambahkan garam, kecilkan api. Masak hingga daging sengkel setengah empuk.
Masukkan labu siam dan santan, aduk. Masak hingga daging sengkel empuk.
Tambahkan cabai rawit, dan Bango Kecap Manis, aduk. Masak hingga meresap selama 10 menit. Angkat.
