½ cup almond panggang iris
¾ cup selai kacang halus
1 sdm tepung biji rami utuh
1 sdm biji bunga matahari
1 sdm cranberry
½ sdt kayu manis
¼ cup madu
Langkah Membuat Selai Kacang Bola Energi Biji Rami :
Iris kentang.Dalam mangkuk, campur semua bahan menjadi satu. Dengan menggunakan sendok es krim, campur aduk dan letakkan di atas telapak tangan. Gulung membentuk bola. Tempatkan bola selai kacang yang digulung di atas nampan yang berjajar. Dinginkan selama sekitar 1 jam.
