Bahan Membuat Tumis Asparagus Jamur :
3 sendok makan minyak zaitun
1/2 siung bawang bombay (potong memanjang)
150 gr asparagus (siap saji)
1 butir telur (kocok lepas)
60 gr jamur kancing
1 bungkus Kobe Bumbu Nasi Goreng Poll Pedas
50 ml air
1 buah cabe merah besar (potong tipis serong)
1 sendok teh minyak wijen
Langkah Membuat Tumis Asparagus Jamur :
Panaskan minyak zaitun. Tumis bawang bombay dan asparagus hingga layu.
Masukkan telur dan masak hingga matang.
Masukkan jamur dan Kobe Bumbu Nasi Goreng Poll Pedas. Aduk rata.
Tambahkan air. Aduk hingga rata dan matang.
Masukkan cabe merah dan minyak wijen. Angkat dan sisihkan.
Tumis Asparagus Jamur siap disajikan selagi hangat.
