Bahan Membuat Tumis Jambal :
5 sendok makan minyak goreng
5 siung bawang merah (iris tipis)
2 buah cabai hijau besar (cuci bersih, iris serong)
1 bungkus jamur inoki (buang bonggolnya, cuci bersih, potong-potong)
1 sachet Saus Tiram Selera
50 ml air
150 gr ikan asin jambal (rendam 10 menit dengan air hangat, tiriskan dan goreng sampai matang)
Langkah Membuat Tumis Jambal :
Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang merah dan cabai hijau sampai harum.
Masukkan jamur inoki. Aduk rata.
Tuang Saus Tiram Selera dan air. Aduk rata.
Masukkan ikan asin jambal. Aduk sebentar, angkat.
Tumis Jambal siap disajikan.
