Bahan Membuat Tumis Pare :
2 buah pare ukuran sedang (iris tipis)
garam secukupnya
3 siung bawang merah, iris
2 siung bawang putih, iris
3 buah cabai merah keriting, iris
2 buah cabai hijau besar, iris
1 cm lengkuas
1 lembar daun salam
25 gram udang rebon
1 sachet Saus Tiram Selera
100 ml air
Langkah Membuat Tumis Pare :
Beri sedikit garam pada pare, sambil remas-remas. Biarkan sampai agak layu. Cuci bersih, tiriskan.
Tumis bawang merah, bawang putih dan cabai merah. Masukkan cabai hijau, lengkuas dan daun salam.
Tambahkan pare dan udang rebon. Aduk dan masak hingga matang.
Tuang Saus Tiram Selera dan tambahkan air. Aduk rata. Masak hingga air asat.
Sajikan Tumis Pare selagi hangat.
