Bahan Membuat Tumis Asparagus :
125 gr Asparagus
125 gr Udang Kupas
75 gr Wortel
50 gr Jagung Muda
1 bh Cabai Merah Besar
1 bks Sajiku® Bumbu Capcay
2 sdm Minyak Goreng
300 ml Air
Langkah Membuat Tumis Asparagus :
Potong asparagus, wortel dan jagung muda, iris cabai merah, sisihkan.
Panaskan minyak goreng, tumis udang hingga berubah warna, tambahkan cabai, wortel, jagung, dan asparagus, aduk rata.
Tambahkan air dan Sajiku® Bumbu Capcay, masak hingga matang, angkat, sajikan.
