Bahan Membuat Tumis Cumi Kecap :
300 g cumi, kupas, kerat-kerat, potong 3 cm
100 g brokoli
100 g jamur kancing segar, potong 2
3 siung bawang putih, iris tipis
3 siung bawang merah, iris tipis
1 lembar daun salam
1 batang serai
1 buah tomat, potong-potong
1 sdt
2 sdm
2 sdm minyak, untuk menumis
Langkah Membuat Tumis Cumi Kecap :
Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang putih, bawang merah, daun salam, dan serai hingga harum.
Masukkan cumi dan brokoli, aduk sebentar. Masukkan jamur, Royco Kaldu Ayam, Bango Kecap Manis Pedas, dan tomat, aduk.
Masak hingga cumi matang. Angkat. Sajikan.
