Bahan Membuat Tumis Jamur Shitake :
1/2 bonggol sawi putih
2 siung bawang putih cincang
1/2 ruas jari jahe (digeprek)
100 gram jamur shitake
1 sachet Saus Tiram Selera
1 sachet Lada Kobe
100 ml air kaldu ayam
2 sendok makan Kobe Tepung Bumbu Putih
Langkah Membuat Tumis Jamur Shitake :
Rebus sawi putih setengah matang.
Tumis bawang putih, jahe, jamur shitake, Saus Tiram Selera dan Lada Kobe. Beri air kaldu dan masak hingga mendidih. Masukkan pengental dari campuran Kobe Tepung Bumbu Putih dan air.
Tata sawi putih di piring. Siram dengan kuah sayur jamur shitake. Sajikan selagi hangat.
