Bahan Membuat Tumis Kentang Jamur Sosis :
3 sendok makan minyak goreng
2 buah sosis ayam atau sapi (potong memanjang)
150 gram kentang (potong kotak)
100 gram wortel (potong kotak)
30 gram jamur shitake (potong kotak)
1 sachet Saus Tiram Selera
1 bungkus Lada Kobe
50 ml air
1/2 sendok teh gula
garam secukupnya
Langkah Membuat Tumis Kentang Jamur Sosis :
Panaskan minyak. Tumis sosis setengah matang.
Masukkan kentang, wortel dan jamur. Aduk-aduk.
Tambahkan Saus Tiram Selera, Lada Kobe dan air. Masak hingga air sedikit asat. Tambahkan gula dan garam. Aduk kembali.
Angkat dan sajikan.
