Bahan Membuat Tumis Krecek :
- 3 bh Tahu
- 100 gr Krecek/Kulit Sapi Rebus
- 4 bh Kacang Panjang
- 2 bh Bawang Merah
- 5 bh Cabai Keriting
- 8 bh Cabai Rawit Hijau
- ½ bks Masako® Rasa Sapi 11 gr
- 1 sdm Kecap Manis
- 75 ml Air
- 5 sdm Minyak Goreng
Langkah Membuat Tumis Krecek :
Buat bumbu halus: Masukkan bawang merah, cabai keriting, air, haluskan.
Potong tahu bentuk dadu, potong krecek, dan kacang panjang, sisihkan.
Panaskan minyak goreng, tumis tahu hingga kekuningan, masukkan bumbu halus, masak hingga harum.
Masukkan krecek, kacang panjang, kecap manis, air, cabai rawit hijau, ½ bks Masako® Rasa Sapi 11 gr masak hingga matang, angkat, sajikan.
