Bahan Membuat Tumis Kulit Melinjo :
3 sendok makan minyak goreng
10 siung bawang merah, iris kasar
2 siung bawang putih, iris kasar
1 buah tomat, iris tipis
5 buah cabai keriting, iris serong tipis
10 buah cabai rawit merah, iris serong
1 ruas jari lengkuas
2 lembar daun salam
250gr kulit melinjo, iris-iris
1 sachet Saus Tiram Selera
50 ml air
Langkah Membuat Tumis Kulit Melinjo :
Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang merah, bawang putih dan tomat hingga layu.
Masukkan cabai keriting, cabai rawit merah, lengkuas dan daun salam. Aduk rata.
Masukkan kulit melinjo, masak hingga matang.
Masukkan Saus Tiram Selera dan air. Masak hingga bumbu meresap, matikan api.
Tumis Kulit Melinjo siap disajikan.
