Bahan Membuat Tumis Taoge Kriuk :
Segenggam taoge yang sudah dibuang akarnya
2 lonjor kacang panjang
4 buah bakso dipotong-potong
5 ekor udang dicincang kecil Setengah wortel potong korek api
2 buah kucai/daun bawang merah
Bumbu iris:
2 bawang merah
2 bawang putih
1 buah cabe merah buang isi
2 iris jahe
1 sdm kecap manis Bango
Sedikit air Garam, merica, dan gula secukupnya
Langkah Membuat Tumis Taoge Kriuk :
Tumis bumbu yang telah diiris hingga harum. masukkan bakso dan udang, aduk hingga berubah warna.
Masukkan kacang panjang, aduk sebentar.
Masukkan semua bahan yang tersisa termasuk kecap manis Bango, lalu terakhir taoge, aduk sebentar saja.
Sebelum diangkat masukkan daun bawang cincang, aduk hingga rata.
Sajikan.
