250 g tempe, potong 3 cm dan goreng setengah matang
15 g bawang putih, iris tipis
25 g bawang merah, iris tipis
25 g cabai merah, potong
2 akar lengkuas
2 lembar daun salam
1 sdm
2 sdm
200 ml air
4 sdm minyak
Langkah Membuat Tumis Tempe Kecap Manis :
Panaskan minyak, goreng tempe hingga setengah matang. Angkat dan tiriskan. Sisihkan.
Masak hingga bumbu meresap ke dalam tempe dan air agak surut.
Sajikan hangat-hangat.
