Bahan Membuat Tumis Tempe Kecap :
300 g tempe, potong dadu 2 cm
6 butir bawang merah, iris tipis
3 siung bawang putih, iris tipis
2 buah cabai merah, potong serong
2 buah cabai hijau, potong serong
2 cm lengkuas, memarkan
1 lembar daun salam
1 sdt
2 sdm
½ sdt merica putih bubuk
100 ml air
4 minyak, untuk menggoreng
Langkah Membuat Tumis Tempe Kecap :
Panaskan minyak, goreng tempe hingga setengah matang. Angkat dan tiriskan, sisihkan.
Panaskan 2 sdm minyak, tumis bawang merah dan bawang putih hingga harum. Masukkan cabai merah, cabai hijau, lengkuas, dan daun salam. Tumis hingga matang.
Masukkan tempe, air, Royco Kaldu Ayam, dan Bango Kecap Manis.
Tuang air, aduk rata. Masak hingga meresap. Angkat, sajikan.
