Bahan Membuat Tumis Tuna Tahu :
- Minyak goreng secukupnya untuk menggoreng
- 1 bh tahu Cina, potong dadu 1 x 1 cm
- 2 sdm margarin
- 6 siung bawang merah, iris tipis
- 5 siung bawang putih, iris tipis
- 2 btg daun bawang, potong serong tipis
- 400 gr tuna segar, potong dadu 2 x 2 cm
- 1 sdt lada halus
- 2 sdm kecap asin
- 2 sdm minyak wijen
- Masako® Rasa Ayam secukupnya
Langkah Membuat Tumis Tuna Tahu :
Panaskan minyak, masukkan tahu, goreng hingga setengah matang kira-kira 5 menit, angkat dan sisihkan.
Lelehkan margarin, tumis bawang merah dan bawang putih sampai harum. Kemudian masukkan potongan daun bawang dan tuna, masak sampai matang.
Masukkan tahu kedalam tumisan tuna.
Tambahkan lada halus, kecap asin, minyak wijen dan Masako® Rasa Ayam. Aduk perlahan agar tidak hancur, diamkan beberapa saat kira-kira 5 menit.
