Waktu Memasak : 30 Menit
Bahan Membuat Ubi Crispy :
- 1 bh Ubi Merah
- 1 bks Sajiku® Tepung Bumbu 80 gr
- 700 ml Minyak goreng
- 4 sdm Air Es
Langkah Membuat Ubi Crispy :
Potong ubi merah menjadi 4 bagian, sisihkan.
Adonan basah: larutkan 2 sdm Sajiku® Tepung Bumbu dengan 4 sdm air es, aduk rata.
Adonan kering: siapkan sisa Sajiku® Tepung Bumbu di wadah lainnya.
Masukkan ubi ke adonan basah, gulingkan, angkat, masukkan ke dalam adonan kering, gulingkan sambil diremas-remas hingga terbentuk kulit tepung yang keriting, sisihkan.
Panaskan minyak goreng, goreng ubi hingga kuning keemasan, angkat, sajikan.
