Bahan Membuat Abon Tuna :
Daging ikan tuna: 500 gram
Santan: 200 ml
Minyak goreng: 2 sdm
Bawang merah: 5 siung
Bawang putih: 2 siung
Ketumbar: 1/2 sdt
Daun jeruk: 2 lembar
Kunyit: 2 ruas
Serai: 1 batang
Jahe: 2 ruas
Lada: 1/2 sdt
Cabe merah: 10 buah
Langkah Membuat Abon Tuna :
Cuci bersih daging ikan tuna, lalu kukus ikan tuna hingga matang. Angkat dan tiriskan.
Haluskan daging ikan tuna atau di suwir.
Panaskan minyak lalu tumis semua bumbu halus hingga harum.
Tambahkan santan lalu masukkan daging ikan tuna.
Masak sampai santannya mengering dan abon ikan tuna matang.
Saat proses memasak usahakan nyala api jangan terlalu besar karena dapat mengakibatkan gosong.
