Bahan Membuat Babat Gongso :
500 g babat sapi
1.5 L air, untuk merebus
1 sdm garam
5 siung bawang putih, memarkan
3 cm jahe, memarkan
3 lembar daun salam
5 butir bawang merah, iris
2 cm lengkuas
1 batang serai, memarkan
6 sdm
1 sdt
100 ml air
3 sdm minyak, untuk menumis
8 buah cabai rawit merah
5 buah cabai merah keriting
7 siung bawang putih
5 butir bawang merah
1 sdt terasi bakar
½ sdt garam
½ sdt merica bubuk
Langkah Membuat Babat Gongso :
Rebus babat bersama garam, bawang putih, jahe, dan daun salam hingga empuk. Angkat. Potong-potong kotak 3 cm. Sisihkan.
Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang merah hingga kecokelatan. Masukkan bumbu halus, lengkuas, dan serai, tumis hingga harum.
Masukkan babat, aduk rata. Tambahkan Bango Kecap Manis Hitam Gurih, Royco Kaldu Sapi, dan air, masak hingga meresap dan airnya menyusut. Angkat. Sajikan.
