Bahan Membuat Bistik Ayam :
350 g dada ayam filet, potong sering agak tipis
4 buah tomat, potong
3 buah kentang, kupas dan potong dadu
5 sdm
1 sdm
2 sdm margarin
500 ml air
5 butir bawang merah, iris
5 siung bawang putih, cincang
½ sdt merica putih bubuk
2 sdt gula pasir
1 sdt garam
½ butir biji pala, parut
1 buah bawang bombay, potong dadu
Langkah Membuat Bistik Ayam :
Panaskan margarin, tumis bawang putih dan bawang merah hingga harum.
Masukkan potongan ayam, tumis hingga tidak berair. Tambahkan tomat, Bango Kecap Manis, Royco Kaldu Ayam, lada, garam, gula, pala dan air.
Tambahkan kentang, masak tertutup dengan api sedang hingga ayam dan kentang lunak. Tambahkan air jika ayam belum lunak.
Sajikan dengan daun selada, wortel dan buncis rebus.
