Bahan Membuat Bistik Lidah Sapi :
500 g lidah sapi, rebus, potong kotak 2 cm
150 g jamur kancing, belah dua
1 buah bawang bombay, cincang kasar
2 siung bawang putih, cincang halus
1 sdm saus tiram
1.5 sdm saus tomat
3 sdm
½ sdt kecap Inggris
1 sdt pala bubuk
⅛ sdt merica bubuk
½ sdt garam
500 ml air
2 sdm margarin, untuk menumis
10 lembar selada
2 buah tomat merah, iris bulat
Langkah Membuat Bistik Lidah Sapi :
Panaskan margarin, tumis bawang bombay dan bawang putih sampai harum.
Tambahkan lidah sapi, jamur kancing, saus tiram, saus tomat, Bango Kecap Manis, kecap Inggris, pala, merica dan garam. Aduk rata.
Tuang air. Masak sampai meresap.
Sajikan bistik bersama pelengkap.
