Bahan Membuat Bistik Lidah Sapi :
500 gram lidah sapi, rebus, potong kotak 2 cm
150 gram jamur kancing, belah 2 bagian
1 buah bawang bombay, cincang kasar
2 siung bawang putih, cincang halus
1 sendok makan saus tiram
11/2 sendok makan saus tomat
3 sendok makan Kecap Manis Bango
1/2 sendok teh kecap inggris
1 sendok teh pala bubuk
1/8 sendok teh merica bubuk
1/2 sendok teh garam
500 ml air
2 sendok makan margarin untuk menumis
Bahan Pelengkap:
10 lembar selada
2 buah tomat merah, iris bulat
Langkah Membuat Bistik Lidah Sapi :
Panaskan margarin, tumis bawang bombay dan bawang putih sampai harum.
Tambahkan lidah sapi, jamur kancing, saus tiram, saus tomat, Kecap Manis Bango, kecap inggris, pala, merica dan garam. Aduk rata.
Tuang air. Masak sampai meresap.
Sajikan bistik bersama pelengkap.
