Bahan Membuat Capcay Oriental :
- 4 bh jamur kancing kupas
- 4 btg sawi hijau
- 50 gr kembang kol
- 6 bh udang kupas
- 3 bh jagung muda
- 30 gr wortel
- 2 siung bawang putih
- 1 bks SAORI® Saus Tiram
- 3 sdm minyak goreng
- 100 ml air
Langkah Membuat Capcay Oriental :
Iris sawi hijau, jagung muda, wortel, dan potong jamur kancing menjadi 2 bagian. Cincang bawang putih. Sisihkan.
Panaskan minyak goreng, masukkan bawang putih dan udang kupas tumis hingga udang berubah warna. Masukkan jagung muda, wortel, jamur kancing, kembang kol, dan air, aduk rata.
Masukkan air dan SAORI® Saus Tiram, aduk rata.
Masukkan sawi hijau, masak hingga matang. Angkat dan sajikan.
