Bahan Membuat Kwetiau Capcay :
- 150 gr Kwetiau Basah
- 50 gr Daging Ayam
- 4 bh Bakso
- 2 bh Telur Kocok
- 30 gr Wortel
- 30 gr Kembang Kol
- 2 btg Sawi Hijau
- 1 bks Sajiku® Bumbu Capcay
- 2 sdm Minyak Goreng
- 300 ml Air
Langkah Membuat Kwetiau Capcay :
Iris sawi hijau, potong wortel, bakso, ayam.
Panaskan 1 sdm minyak goreng, masukkan telur kocok, orak-arik telur, masukkan kwetiau basah, aduk rata, sisihkan.
Panaskan 1 sdm minyak goreng, masukkan ayam, bakso, aduk hingga berubah warna
Masukkan wortel, kembang kol, sawi hijau, air, Sajiku® Bumbu Capcay, aduk rata, masak hingga matang.
Tuang capcay ke atas kwetiau. Sajikan
