Bahan Membuat Capcay Seafood :
- 100 gr Cumi
- 100 gr Udang Kupas
- 75 gr Bakso Ikan
- 100 gr Kembang Kol
- 50 gr Wortel
- 2 btg Sawi Hijau
- 30 gr Kacang Kapri
- 1 bks Sajiku® Bumbu Capcay
- 2 sdm Minyak Goreng
- 300 ml Air
Langkah Membuat Capcay Seafood :
Iris wortel dan sawi, potong bakso ikan menjadi 4 bagian, iris cumi, sisihkan.
Panaskan minyak goreng, masak udang hingga berubah warna. Masukkan cumi, wortel, kembang kol, kacang kapri, bakso ikan, aduk rata.
Panaskan air, masukkan 1 bks Sajiku® Bumbu Capcay, aduk rata.
Masukkan sawi hijau, masak hingga matang.
