Bahan Membuat Ceker Mercon :
1 bks Kobe Bumbu Nasi Goreng Poll Pedas
500 gr ceker ayam
300 ml air
3 lbr daun jeruk
1 bh pekak
50 gr bawang putih (dicincang)
1/2 btr bawang bombay
1 ltr air es
minyak goreng secukupnya
Langkah Membuat Ceker Mercon :
Cuci ceker ayam sampai bersih, berikan perasan jeruk nipis. Tiriskan
Panaskan minyak dalam wajan, goreng ceker sampai sedikit kuning kecoklatan, angkat dan langsung masukkan kedalam air es. Diamkan sampai ceker mengembang
Siapkan wajan. Masukkan 300 ml air, Kobe Bumbu Nasi Goreng Poll Pedas, daun jeruk, pekak, bawang putih, bawang bombay lalu masak hingga matang
Masukkan ceker yang telah direndam air es lalu aduk kembali sampai tercampur rata. Masak sampai matang
Angkat dan sajikan selagi hangat
