Waktu Memasak : 30 menit
Bahan Membuat Bacem Ceker :
400 ml air kelapa
1/2 kg ceker (cuci bersih, beri perasan jeruk nipis)
50gr gula merah, disisir
1 sendok makan kecap manis
1 lembar daun salam
2 cm lengkuas
2 sendok teh ketumbar, dihaluskan
1 sachet Saus Tiram Selera
1 sendok teh air asam jawa
minyak goreng secukupnya
Langkah Membuat Bacem Ceker :
Rebus air kelapa, ceker dan semua bumbu kecuali minyak goreng.
Tutup dan masak hingga air kelapa menyusut, angkat.
Panaskan minyak, goreng ceker hingga kering. Angkat dan tiriskan.
Sajikan Bacem Ceker selagi hangat.
