Bahan Membuat Chicken Mentai :
200 gram nasi putih
150 gram dada ayam fillet
1 bungkus Saus Tiram Selera
2 sendok makan minyak wijen
100 gram mayones
1 sendok makan tobiko
2 sendok makan saus tomat
1 sacher BonCabe level 15, rasa Original
100 gram edamame
Langkah Membuat Chicken Mentai :
Potong ayam tipis-tipis dan melebar. Rendam dengan campuran Saus Tiram Selera dan minyak wijen.
Rebus edamame dan kupas dari kulitnya.
Bakar sebentar ayam yang sudah dibumbui.
Tata nasi, ayam dan sayuran di atas piring.
Campur mayones, BonCabe, saus tomat, dan tobiko untuk saus mentai. Tuang di atas nasi dan ayam.
Bakar sampai saus sedikit gosong.
Chicken Mentai siap disajikan.
