Bahan Membuat Chicken Teriyaki :
400 g filet dada ayam tanpa kulit, potong kotak 3 cm
100 g jamur merah, belah 4 bagian
1 buah paprika, buang bijinya, iris memanjang
1 buah bawang bombay, belah 2 bagian, iris tebal
3 sdm
2 sdm
6 siung bawang putih, cincang
2 cm jahe, memarkan
½ sdt garam
½ sdt merica putih bubuk
3 sdm minyak, untuk menumis
Langkah Membuat Chicken Teriyaki :
Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang putih dan jahe hingga harum. Masukkan daging ayam, garam, dan merica, aduk.
Tambahkan jamur, Royco Saus Tiram, dan Bango Kecap Manis, tumis hingga daging ayam hampir matang.
Masukkan bawang bombay dan paprika, aduk hingga layu. Angkat. Sajikan.
