Waktu Memasak : 35 menit
Bahan Membuat Cireng Nasi Kobe :
200 gr nasi putih
100 ml air
1 bungkus Kobe Tepung Bumbu Putih (75 gr)
10 gr daun bawang
minyak goreng secukupnya
1 sendok makan kacang tanah (digoreng)
100 gr gula merah
terasi secukupnya
50 ml air hangat
1 sachet BonCabe level 10, rasa Bawang Goreng
1 sendok makan air asam
Langkah Membuat Cireng Nasi Kobe :
Aduk 200 gr nasi dengan 100 ml air. Campurkan 1 bungkus Kobe Tepung Bumbu Putih 75 gr dan 10 gr daun bawang. Aduk hingga tercampur rata.
Panaskan minyak dalam wajan. Setelah panas ambil 1/2 sendok makan adonan, goreng hingga kuning keemasan.
Cireng Nasi Kobe siap disajikan.
Haluskan kacang tanah, gula merah, terasi dan air hangat.
Tuang BonCabe level
10. Campurkan dengan air asam dan aduk hingga rata.
Bumbu rujak siap disajikan sebagai cocolan Cireng Nasi Kobe.
