Waktu Memasak : 30 menit
Bahan Membuat Cireng Nasi Kuah :
200 gram nasi putih
100 ml air
1 bungkus Kobe Tepung Bumbu Putih (75gr)
10 gram daun bawang (iris halus)
300 ml minyak goreng
1 liter air
25 gram asem jawa
3 bungkus BonCabe level 15, rasa Original (7gr)
7 siung bawang putih
2 sendok makan kecap manis
½ sendok makan garam
2 sendok makan cuka
20 gram gula pasir
Langkah Membuat Cireng Nasi Kuah :
Rendamlah nasi putih dengan air. Diamkan selama 15 menit.
Setelah nasi mengembang, remas-remas sambil tambahkan 1 bungkus Kobe Tepung Bumbu Putih & daun bawang. Uleni hingga tercampur rata.
Ambil adonan secukupnya, pipihkan.
Goreng cireng hingga matang, angkat dan tiriskan.
Campurkan semua bahan kecuali BonCabe. Masak hingga mendidih.
Sebelum diangkat, masukkan BonCabe level 15 dan matikan api.
Saring kuah cireng.
Cireng Nasi Kuah siap disajikan.
