Bahan Membuat Ikan Goreng Kering :
210 gram Kobe Tepung Bumbu Putih
3 buah ikan belanak
2 sendok makan air jeruk nipis
5 sendok makan kecap manis
1 sachet BonCabe level 15, rasa Original
Langkah Membuat Ikan Goreng Kering :
Cuci ikan sampai bersih. Kerat-kerat ikan berjarak 1/2 cm lalu beri perasan jeruk nipis. Tiriskan.
Siapkan wadah. Lalu tuang Kobe Tepung Bumbu Putih. Baluri ikan yang sudah dikerat-kerat tadi dengan Kobe Tepung Bumbu Putih hingga rata.
Goreng dalam minyak panas hingga berwarna kuning kecoklatan. Angkat dan tiriskan.
Siapkan mangkuk. Tuang BonCabe, kecap manis, dan air jeruk nipis. Aduk hingga rata. Sisihkan.
Ikan Goreng Kering siap disajikan.
