Bahan Membuat Siomay Ikan :
- 400g Ikan tenggiri giling
- 2 btg Daun bawang
- 12 lbr Kulit pangsit
- 100g Sagu
- 50 ml Air es
- 1/2 sdm Garam
- 1 sdt AJI-NO-MOTO®
Saus Kacang
- 150g Kacang tanah goreng
- 4 bh Cabai merah
- 1 sdm Gula pasir
- 1/2 sdm Garam
- 500 ml Air
Pelengkap: Jeruk limo, kecap manis
Langkah Membuat Siomay Ikan :
Saus: Haluskan kacang tanah, cabai merah, garam, gula, dan air.
Masak adonan saus kacang hingga mengental, angkat, dan sisihkan.
Iris iris daun bawang.Campur ikan tenggiri giling, daun bawang, sagu, garam, AJI-NO-MOTO®, dan air es, aduk rata.
Isi kulit pangsit dengan adonan, lipat.Kukus ± 20 menit hingga matang. Angkat dan sajikan dengan saus kacang .
