Bahan Membuat Ikan Pecah Kulit Bakar :
750 g ikan pecah kulit, bersihkan
2 sdm air jeruk nipis
4 sdm
1 sdt garam
2 butir bawang merah, iris tipis
5 buah cabai merah keriting, iris
4 buah cabai rawit merah, iris
1 sdm air jeruk nipis
4 buah tomat hijau, belah 4
½ sdt gula pasir
¾ sdt garam
4 sdm minyak, panaskan
Langkah Membuat Ikan Pecah Kulit Bakar :
Lumuri ikan dengan air jeruk nipis dan garam. Diamkan selama 15 menit.
Olesi permukaan ikan dengan Bango Kecap Manis.
Bakar di atas bara api hingga matang, angkat.
Sajikan bersama sambal dabu-dabu.
