Bahan Membuat Kambing Panggang :
- 3 sdm minyak goreng untuk menumis
- 10 siung bawang merah, iris tipis
- 1 kg daging kambing, potong menurut selera
- 1 ltr santan (dari 1 btr kelapa)
- 1 bks Sajiku Bumbu Gulai
- 4 btg serai
- 5 lbr daun jeruk
- 1 sdm air asam jawa
- Masako® Rasa Sapi secukupnya
Langkah Membuat Kambing Panggang :
Panakan minyak, goreng bawang merah hingga harum, lalu masukkan daging kambing, aduk rata sampai daging berubah warna.
Tuangkan santan kedalam tumisan daging, bubuhi dengan Sajiku Bumbu Gulai sambil diaduk rata.
Tambahkan serai, daun jeruk, air asam jawa dan Masako® Rasa Sapi secukupnya, aduk- aduk agar bumbu meresap dan daging matang sempurna. Biarkan sampai air agak berkurang.
Setelah matang, pindahkan ke dalam wadah tahan panas, lalu panggang di dalam oven dengan suhu +/- 150ºc selama 20 menit dengan dibalik-balik agar matang merata.
