Bahan Membuat Kari Kambing :
600 g daging paha kambing, potong
3 batang serai, memarkan
4 cm lengkuas, memarkan
500 ml santan encer
500 ml santan kental
5 lembar daun jeruk
3 cm kayu manis
2 sdm
2 daun kari
10 butir bawang merah
5 siung bawang putih
1 sdm bubuk kari
10 buah cabai merah keriting
2 sdt garam
½ sdm gula pasir
Langkah Membuat Kari Kambing :
Tumis semua bumbu halus, serai, daun jeruk, lengkuas, dan kayu manis hingga harum.
Tambahkan daging kambing, tumis hingga berubah warna, dan masukkan santan encer. Masak di atas api sedang hingga daging kambing lunak sambil sesekali diaduk agar santan tidak pecah.
Tambahkan santan kental dan masak dengan api kecil hingga matang dan daging empuk. Tambahkan daun kari dan Bango Kecap Manis. Sajikan.
