Waktu Memasak : 1 jam
Bahan Membuat Ketan Lapis Srikaya :
300 gram beras ketan (direndam 1 jam, cuci bersih, tiriskan)
150 ml santan
1 lembar daun pandan
½ sendok teh garam
100 gram gula merah
50 gram gula pasir
200 ml air
5 biji daging durian
1 lembar daun pandan
1 bungkus KOBE Tepung Pisang Goreng (75gr)
½ sendok teh garam
100gram gula enau / merah
Langkah Membuat Ketan Lapis Srikaya :
Kukus beras ketan selama 20 menit sampai mekar.
Rebus santan, daun pandan dan garam sampai mendidih.
Masukkan beras ketan, masak sambil diaduk sampai santan meresap.
Kukus beras ketan 30 menit sampai matang. Angkat.
Masak air. Masukkan gula, garam dan daun pandan. Aduk sampai gula mencair dan saring.
Campurkan 2 sendok makan KOBE Tepung Pisang Goreng (75gr), santan dan air gula. Aduk rata, masak sampai matang dan sedikit mengental.
Tuang di atas nasi ketan dan Ketan Lapis Srikaya siap disajikan. Rasa lebih nikmat saat dingin.
