Bahan Membuat Kwetiau Rebus :
500 g kwetiau basah, uraikan
300 g filet daging ayam, iris
250 g pakcoy, potong 4 cm
8 buah bakso sapi, iris
2 butir telur ayam, kocok lepas
1 batang daun bawang, iris
750 ml air
1 sdm
2 sdm
1 sdt
1 sdm tepung maizena, larutkan dengan 2 sdm air
3 sdm minyak, untuk menumis
4 siung bawang putih
6 butir bawang merah
3 buah cabai merah
½ sdm garam
½ sdt merica putih bubuk
Langkah Membuat Kwetiau Rebus :
Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu halus hingga harum. Masukkan daging ayam dan Royco Saus Tiram, tumis hingga setengah matang. Tuang air dan bakso, masak hingga mendidih.
Masukkan kwetiau, pakchoy, Bango Kecap Manis, dan Royco Kaldu Ayam. Masak hingga tercampur rata.
Tuang telur kocok, aduk. Tambahkan daun bawang dan larutan maizena. Aduk hingga mengental. Angkat. Sajikan.
