Bahan Membuat Mie Aceh :
1 bungkus
150 g mi hokkian segar
4 ekor udang ukuran sedang, kupas, sisakan ekornya
30 g daging sapi tanpa lemak, iris tipis
2 lembar kol, potong-potong
25 g taoge, siangi
½ buah tomat, potong-potong
2 butir bawang merah, iris tipis
2 siung bawang putih, iris tipis
1 sdm daun bawang, iris tipis
1 sdm daun seledri, iris tipis
100 ml air
100 acar bawang merah-cabai
100 kerupuk
Langkah Membuat Mie Aceh :
Panaskan wajan, tumis bumbu Bango Mie Goreng Khas Aceh, bawang merah, dan bawang putih hingga harum. Masukkan udang dan daging, masak hingga matang.
Tambahkan mi, kol, taoge, tomat, dan air. Aduk rata, masak hingga bumbu meresap.
Masukkan daun bawang dan seledri, aduk rata. Sajikan.
