Bahan Membuat Mie Kocok :
300 g daging sapi has dalam
3 L air
2 sdm
500 g mi telur
300 g taoge
3 sdm minyak sayur
7 butir bawang merah
5 siung bawang putih
½ butir pala
1.5 sdt merica putih bubuk
3 sdm garam
5 sdm
2 buah jeruk nipis
1 batang bawang daun, iris halus
2 batang daun seledri, iris halus
4 sdt bawang merah goreng
Langkah Membuat Mie Kocok :
Didihkan air di panci, rebus daging sapi hingga empuk. Lalu, potong sesuai selera.
Masukkan kembali daging ke dalam air, masukkan Royco Kaldu Sapi, biarkan hingga air mendidih.
Panaskan wajan dan minyak, tumis bumbu halus hingga harum.
Setelah matang, masukkan bumbu tumis ke dalam panci berisi rebusan sapi. Aduk dan masak hingga mendidih.
Masak sampai mendidih, matikan api.
Penyajian: Siapkan mangkuk saji, tata mi dan taoge. Ambil kuah sapi beserta daging, kemudian siram dan tuangkan secara perlahan ke dalam mangkuk. Taburkan daun seledri, daun bawang serta bawang goreng sesuai selera. Terakhir, tambahkan Bango Kecap Manis.
