200 gr Mie telur rebus
2 bh Telur kocok

2 bh Sosis ayam
2 sdm Minyak goreng
Sambal matah:
3 bh Cabai merah besar
8 siung Bawang merah
5 bh Cabai rawit
2 btg Sereh
1 sdt Terasi
Langkah Membuat Mie Goreng Sambal Matah :
Iris bawang merah, cabai merah besar, cabai rawit, sereh, dan sosis. sisihkan.
Panaskan minyak goreng, orak arik telur hingga matang. Sisihkan di pinggir wajan.
Masukkan bawang merah, cabai merah besar, cabai rawit, sereh, terasi, dan sosis ayam. Aduk rata.
Masukkan mie telur rebus dan Sajiku® Bumbu Nasi Goreng Rasa Ayam, aduk rata, angkat dan sajikan.
